Our goal is to have an owner/operator/contractor rebuild the structure from the ground up or renovate the existing building that was damaged by a fire in March 2009.  OR:

The value of the project to you as a tenant/contractor is that you will have complete rent abatement and tax abatement for 10 years.

This location is ideally suited for a restaurant or sports bar as it was previously used as such. Or it may be used as a high volume fast food chain. Best use can also be considered a boutique or specialty restaurant. 

In exchange for rebuilding or renovating the location at your expense, You will only be responsbile for paying the monthly utility and insurance bills. You will not have to pay rent or property taxes for 10 years. Your only expense is 1% of gross sales.

We will also consider proposals for a long term ground lease.  Or other offers
